Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

During busy periods, promotions or product launches, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Within Australia

Everlast Australia ships to Australian addresses only.

Freight Methods

Due to the nature of our products, different shipping methods may be used depending on the item purchased.

Welding Machines, Generators & Large Equipment

Welding machines and other large equipment are generally shipped via road freight carriers to ensure safe transport.

Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and the freight network servicing your area.

Accessories & Smaller Items

Consumables, accessories, parts and smaller products are generally shipped via standard parcel services such as Australia Post or other courier networks.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are:

  • Metro Areas: 2–7 business days
  • Regional Areas: 3–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–15 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.

Authority to Leave

If Authority to Leave is selected, the customer accepts responsibility for the parcel once delivery has been completed.

Everlast Australia is not responsible for loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery has been confirmed.

Lost or Missing Deliveries

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the relevant freight provider to investigate the shipment and assist in reaching an appropriate resolution.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographs of the packaging and damaged items may be required to assist with any freight claim.

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our freight partners, Everlast Australia cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Freight carrier disruptions
  • Extreme weather events
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Industrial action
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.

Additional freight charges may apply where redelivery is required due to incorrect information being supplied.
